How to recover your Hacked Gmail Account

Considering today’s time, you email ID is not just a means of communication. What I mean to say is that, beside means of communication, your email ID is important to you for resetting your passwords of various other online accounts you have like, re setting your Facebook password, etc.

Gmail provides you with a way to regain access to your email account after performing some verification process. You just need to know following things to recover your Email account even if it’s hacked 

STEP 1: Open GMAIL homepage (login page) and click on “Can’t access my account”

STEP 2: From the following three options, choose, “I don’t know my password” and enter your Email address for which you want to recover your password.

STEP 3: In the next page, you’ll be asked to enter an alternative Email address where Gmail will send you “password reset link” after you complete your verification process.

STEP 4: After completing the above steps, Gmail will start verification process. You need to know the following things:

• Your last password that you remember.
• Last date/moth/year (approximate) when you log in (month and year are mandatory)
• The date/month/year (approximate) of creation of your account (again, the month and year are mandatory)
• and few other things related to your account
